Lara, a young police officer with a keen sense of justice, finds out that the wrong person was convicted of her sister's murder and executed; 10 years later she has finally tracked down the real killer, only to find there is a larger conspiracy at work… 

'Ensnared' is a stylish, sometimes gritty thriller with enticing characters, exciting fights and a good dose of humor.  Nonetheless, its mission is also to shine a light on some of the flaws in the more corrupt pockets of our society, mainly our political and judicial system.  

The film is written and will be produced and directed by Katarina Severen with Matthew S. Robinson line producing.  Our director of photography is David M. Parks, who has more than 10 years of experience behind the camera, and has produced and directed several projects of his own.  His production company, RADCine, has completed projects for Netflix, Lionsgate and more. Ti Young, our lead, is an accomplished actress, as well as a former Muay Thai Bantamweight Champion and a passionate political activist.
